  • My Account Dashboard experience (App)
  • Improved Click & Collect experience for consumers to manage their online orders (App/Web)
  • Design System Creation and implementation to ensure consistency and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.
IKEA
  • Created a portal for marketing co-workers to manage all in-store events and activities that would be displayed on their local store websites. This purpose of the portal design was to streamline the process of using multiple CMS platforms to make updates and changes to their local store sites, whilst also providing the customers with a great user experience to view offers and book events.
Bastion
  • Create a UI Kit for an online news publication which has 4 brands within ensuring best UX Design practices are in place. This UI Kit helps streamline the businesses design and development process as well as enhancing user experience across platforms.
ReadyTech
  • Led the Application Assessment Checklist workflow end-to-end — navigating multiple user types, operational constraints and business rules to deliver measurable improvements to how enrolment teams assess applications.
